Staff from the Maine Island Trail Association will lead an interactive Leave No Trace workshop, as part of the day's events at Cow Island’s MITA campsites. The session will focus on what paddlers can do to help minimize their impact on the coast, from the launch ramp to setting up camp on wilderness islands. A human waste demonstration will be among the highlights of the workshop!
